The Innovator or Creator, A Definition – Innovation Styles No 1

Every innovator is different, and each as a preference for a particular style of innovation. There are at least four of these preference styles, and most innovation people will normally be aligned to one, or at the most two of them. The key thing about this is that you need to have an instance of all four innovation preference styles if you want to minimize the chance an idea will fail.

Studies have shown that at 5 years of age children are 95% creative. By the time they are 12, creativity has diminished to 4%. This shows how schooling and maturity change the way children think and as they move more into adulthood, creativity skills are repressed.

Why Innovate – The Game is Rigged and We Aren’t Doing Anything About It

Many cannot understand why the greatest nation in the history of mankind, the United States of America is falling behind in its ability to innovate. Some say it’s because we have fewer students studying math and science, and fewer going into the workforce with engineering degrees.
